It's been 3 years since the last time I went to Cebu for Sinulog. I am a fan of festivals because it is one of the thing that makes my personality. I dance, and live for it. And being in Sinulog Festival is one of the most prestigious thing I have been with. Fancy speakers in every streets and a ton of people too! But the most highlight of the festival is the street parade which is very FUN! Hope that I will be there soonest!
